Christopher SmikleHanover Charities has long supported the Westhaven Home with an annual grant. This home urgently needs various items including sanitary equipment, wheelchairs, adult diapers, clothing and bed linens.
Recently, the McClusky family, guests at Round Hill, collected t-shirts, resulting in Hanover Charities donating numerous new outfits for the children at the home.
In 2005, Hanover Charities donated $7,000USD to establish the “Children’s Reading & Play Room” at the Hanover Parish Library in Lucea. The room is utilized by children for after-school activities, including weekly readings and storytelling sessions organized by librarian Ms. Stewart.
